Lifestyle: It is the way you live, your civilization, your culture; it is your decision for particular living inspired by a potpourri of happenings going on within and around you. But my focus is on the high performers. The ones whose fashion for living life seems to be different from others. My expectation is that if you care to understand the common thread in their lifestyle and desire their results, then you might want to know the underlying principles they come under. I could give you a list of a hundred items, but I don't have that luxury because this is Notes. So, I took some time to employ research and thought to synthesise several ideas into five principles of the lifestyle of higher achievers. Are you ready?
Form: to have a Form is to identify as a Creation of Material. Our initial form is created when we are born. We come with certain biologically inherited characteristics from mom and dad through what I call Flesh. Then, later, as we grow, our initial form is developed and refined, regardless of our will, by interacting with the environment through what I call Words and Impressions.
BUT, If we do not like our new form or do not appreciate the results of our life created by this form, we can proactively recreate ourselves through new Materials. These materials must exist in the same making as those that created the undesired form: Flesh, Words, and Impressions. People who decide to change their realities should engage with new flesh (relationships, nutrition, fitness, etc), listen to new words (audio, video, text or pictures--pick your format), and have new impressions (environment, culture, etc.).
YET, because form takes a while to be reconditioned, this recreation must be engaged in every single day and for as long as necessary. This is the daily routine of every high performer.
