These are my recommendations. Objective, no-nonsense, no-gimmicks, detailed, and informative - and also entertaining. If you never attended a sex education class, or they protected you too much, this will educate you too much you'll almost be too smart for the marriage seminar. (I would also recommend your spouse or spouse-to-be read with you.)
Intended for Pleasure - I highly recommend the first 3 chapters and the concluding chapters on STIs etc. After that, things get pretty serious. So, be careful.
When Two Become One - This one is a little boring but very informative. And for Christians, it's very balanced. Just like the first, after the first few chapters, things later get practical.
What Wives Wish Husbands Knew About Women - This one is not really a sex-educating material but it helps men learn about the things women go through to manage a home and how that might affect their response to the marriage relationship and sex.
And there you have it. Get the books and read them. (I wouldn't completely trust the suggestions and opinions of the many videos you will find on YouTube. Also, I wouldn't really take seriously the rants by relationship apparatchiks on Facebook or X.) These books are researched and are objective outlines that picture reality more accurately.
